Authenticated Internet Access
The authenticated access system prevents unauthorized use of the institute’s bandwidth and network resources. It is also needed for meeting our legal obligations regarding maintaining verifiable logs of the use of internet resources by members of the institute.
The login and password for authenticated access will be the same as the one you use for the computers in the computer lab. If you do not have a login for the computer lab machines or if you have forgotten the credentials kindly contact itsupport@iisertvm.ac.in.
You do not share your login credentials with anyone else since you will be held responsible for any misuse or unauthorized access using your login and password. A detailed step by step introduction is given below.
Step 1: Type the following link in a browser and give your internet credentials.
https://gateway.iisertvm.ac.in:8090
Step 2: Please login with your Internet account credentials. For successful login, it will show the following screen.
Do not close this page/tab. If you do, you will be signed out.


Network Usage Policy
  • Users must not send, view or download fraudulent, harassing, obscene (i.e., pornographic), threatening, or other messages or material.
  • Users must not violate copyright law and must respect licenses to copyrighted materials.
  • Users must respect the purpose of and abide by the terms of use of online media forums, including social networking websites, mailing lists, chat rooms and blogs.
  • Information resources should not be used for activities unrelated to the Institute functions.
  • The Institute information resources should not be used for commercial purposes, including advertisements, solicitations, promotions or other commercial messages, except with special permissions from authorities.
  • Users are not permitted to send bulk unsolicited email.
  • Users must not engage in other activities that damage, vandalize or otherwise compromise the integrity of Institute information resources.
  • Bulk downloading of library materials is prohibited.
  • Violation of any of the above policies or other unacceptable usage pattern may lead to suspension of the NetAccount and/or appropriate action by Institute authorities.
