  4. How to prepare the slide

    You can access the appropriate template by clicking on the provided link below. Each template (or the model itself) includes template instructions.

    Important Note: While we do allow custom template designs, they must have a white background, 16:9 dimension and a professional vibe.

  5. How to upload the file

    Upload your content using the Google form given below

  6. Where to find the status of the uploaded file

    Following the upload of your files, a faculty in-charge of the respective section will receive an email notification to approve your upload. Subsequently, a TA will upload your files. You can find the current status of your upload in the link below

  7. Require extra help

  8. Common Mistakes
    1. Uploading other than 16:9 dimensions.
    2. Background color other than white.
    3. Just Published: Including more photographs than the first (and equal) and corresponding authors.
